We use uploaded content and order details to generate your coloring-book files, process payment, deliver downloads, and provide customer support.

We may also use limited analytics data to understand site performance, conversion rates, and product demand.

Colorify Tales relies on third-party providers to operate the product, including payment processing, cloud storage, AI image generation, email delivery, hosting, and analytics.

Based on the current product stack, these providers may include Stripe, Cloudflare R2, Replicate, Resend, Vercel, Neon, and PostHog when enabled.

Uploaded photos are used only to generate the purchased or requested output and to support fulfillment, troubleshooting, and fraud prevention.

Do not upload images you do not have the right to use or that contain sensitive information you do not want processed by our service providers.

We keep order records and related delivery metadata for operational, accounting, and support purposes.

Uploaded assets and generated files may be retained for a limited period needed to complete delivery and support, unless a longer retention period is required for legal or security reasons.

You can choose not to submit photos or personal information, but some features will not work without the data required to create and deliver your product.
